GENERAL DISCLAIMER:
-I have the right to decline a commission request when I don't agree with the content of the commission or when I do not have the capability to finish it whether it's due to time constraints or skill.
-Disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. If it does happen, the commission request will be cancelled and refunded depending on progress.
-All the price listed here is for personal use. If you are interested in Commercial use, the price would be discussed depending on the usage.
-Fanart commission is strictly for personal use.PAYMENT:
-Payment due in full upfront.
-International payments are done via Paypal in USD
-Local Indonesian payments are done via BNI in Rupiah
-Rush fee, Design fee, and Additional fee would be charged depending on the request that would be discussed.WORK PROSSES:
-Provide a clear character sheet/references you want to be commissioned. If the character does not exist yet, a design fee would be charged.
-Additional Mood boards, pose references, or very rough sketches to help with the vision is much welcomed!
-Respecting each other's time by communicating very clearly throughout the commission progress.
-After providing references and the request is accepted, please pay full upfront.
-After payment the request would be worked on for 1-2 weeks. If it seems like it would take longer than 2 weeks it would be stated before payment.REVISION:
-For sketch commission gets 2 minor revision
-For the rendered commission, I will send work in progress (rough sketch). After confirmation I will continue to render staged. There would be 3 minor revisions throughout the progress.
-Any revision outside of the above would be charged. Including big, major revisions (pose, clothing, etc.)USAGE POLICY:
-I retain the rights to all personal use commission artwork.
-I reserve the rights to post on social media and as portfolio pieces.
-I will not post commercial use work in progress, but would post the finished piece as a portfolio with watermarks and credits to the commissioners.Allowed to do:
-Print the artwork for personal use.
-Use as Profile picture, header, background on social media.
-Post with credit on social media.
-Use it as references.NOT ALLOWED to do:
-Involving or using ANY work with technology related to AI, Cryptocurrency, and NFTs
-Using personal use commission for commercial use.
-Claiming the artwork as yours.
-Painting over the artwork and posting it on social media.CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:
-After the product is finished, there will be no refund.
-after approval of request and upfront payment there would be no cancellation nor refund, unless i’m unable to finish the work in time.

Ketentuan Layanan:
-Saya berhak menolak permintaan komisi jika saya tidak setuju dengan isi komisi atau jika saya tidak mampu menyelesaikannya, baik karena keterbatasan waktu atau keterampilan.
-Perilaku tidak sopan tidak ada ditoleransi. Jika terjadi, komisi akan dibatalkan dan uang akan dikembalikan tergantung pada proses pengerjaan.
-Semua harga yang tercantum di sini hanya untuk penggunaan pribadi. Jika Anda tertarik untuk penggunaan komersial, harga akan dibahas tergantung pada penggunaannya.
-Komisi fanart hanya untuk penggunaan pribadi.PEMBAYARAN:
-Pembayaran penuh di awal.
-Pembayaran internasional dilakukan melalui Paypal dalam USD
-Pembayaran lokal Indonesia dilakukan melalui BNI dalam Rupiah
-Biaya percepat, biaya desain, dan biaya tambahan akan dikenakan tergantung pada komisi yang akan dikerjakan.PROSES KERJA:
-Sediakan character sheets/referensi yang jelas karakter yang ingin Anda komisi. Jika karakter belum ada, akan dikenakan biaya desain.
-Mood board tambahan, referensi pose, atau sketsa kasar akan sangat membantu!
-Hargai waktu masing-masing dengan berkomunikasi secara jelas selama proses pengerjaan komisi.
-Setelah memberikan referensi dan dikonfirmasi, harap bayar penuh di awal.
-Setelah pembayaran, permintaan akan dikerjakan selama 1-2 minggu. Jika tampaknya akan memakan waktu lebih dari 2 minggu, akan dinyatakan sebelum pembayaran.REVISI:
-Untuk komisi sketsa, maksimal 2 revisi kecil.
-Untuk komisi full render, akan di kirimkan sketsa kasar/WIP. Setelah konfirmasi dari pembeli, akan di proses ke tahap rendering. maksimal 3 revisi kecil selama proses pengerjaan.
-Setiap revisi di luar yang disebutkan di atas akan dikenakan biaya. Termasuk revisi besar (pose, pakaian, dll.)KEBIJAKAN PENGGUNAAN:
-Saya mempertahankan hak atas semua karya seni komisi penggunaan pribadi.
** -Saya berhak untuk memposting hasil di media sosial dan sebagai bagian dari portofolio.
-Saya tidak akan memposting karya yang sedang dalam proses untuk penggunaan komersial, tetapi akan memposting karya yang sudah selesai sebagai portofolio dengan kredit kepada pemberi komisi.Diperbolehkan untuk:
-Mencetak karya seni untuk penggunaan pribadi.
-Menggunakannya sebagai foto profil, header, latar belakang di media sosial.
-Memposting dengan kredit di media sosial.
-Menggunakannya sebagai referensi.TIDAK DIPERBOLEHKAN untuk:
-Melibatkan atau menggunakan karya APA PUN yang berkaitan dengan teknologi AI, Cryptocurrency, dan NFT
-Menggunakan komisi penggunaan pribadi untuk komersial.
-Mengklaim karya sebagai milik Anda.
-Melukis ulang karya dan mempostingnya di media sosial.PEMBATALAN DAN PENGEMBALIAN DANA:
-Setelah produk selesai, tidak akan ada pengembalian dana.
-Setelah persetujuan dan pembayaran di muka, tidak akan ada pembatalan kecuali saya tidak dapat menyelesaikan pekerjaan tepat waktu.
